Idols.......yeah right

I don't follow the show really at all except for watching the horrible people at the beginning, but half of those are probably staged. I think anyone who tries to "rock" on American Idol, or any pop show, is painful to watch.

Beats me how people can watch that crap; if I can't turn it off or change the channel, I'll leave the room. But I hate nearly all pop music anyway, so you can guess how much I'd enjoy hearing a pop tune I already loathe done badly...

I have only watched it the last two times by accident when my kids watched it but ENOURMOUS GRIN
must admit I really loved the first World Idol hehehehehe. I've never heard anything about a second or third World idol. Maybe the big pop countries (LOL no name mentioned, that had the favourites that time) would not participate anymore after "Hobbits" and other strange looking persons that could sing got lots of votes and the Hobbit won it all . Guess where he was from

other than that it's pretty fun.

It's excruciating.

I am not much fan of Idols.. I only like David Cook in American Idol because his version of Mariah Carey's song is very nice.

Only one impressed me, too bad he was eliminated early on the show. I lost my interest then, they let a talented boy go home just like that. I think AI is going down and J.Lo won't be able to save it. It's just becoming a show where judges are the spotlight and not the contestants.
