Do you play?

I used to play the viola, but really my passion is singing. I was in a lot of choirs as a kid and music is a family pastime (like, before my great grandpa kinda thing). Generally I sing about 3-5 hours a day.

Hi Teshia, thanks for listening to one of my songs. When you sing 3-5 hours a day where do you sing, are you in a musical group? What kind of music do you prefer singing?

Congrats to everyone that kept with their instruments. I played the trumpet for about a year then never really looked back lol...I sometimes wish I had stuck with it or at least became interrested in another instrument..maybe the trumpet just wasnt for me?

Mostly I sing at work by myself. I have a long list of songs that I like to sing, but sometimes I do this weird freestyle thing. Mostly, I'm a classical/oldies singer. I work the graveyard shift when no one is around, so it doesn't inconvenience anyone and my coworkers haven't asked me to stop. Your music is very artistic, I love the style. Are you on Soundclick? I practice Guitar and Mountain Dulcimer everyday,
I also regularly play my Ukulele, However I'm bent on learning the Sitar.
I also daddle around with my Banjo and Keyboard.

yeah, so since our last posting this morning mentioning soundclick, I am now a member and have uploaded three songs. It seems more like a facebook community sort of thing - but we'll see what happens. So far it has been fun. Thank you for that Teshia, I'll see you at soundclick?

Yeah, its got a large hip hop community, and they kinda portray the myspace/facebook kinda attitude. I try to keep to the classical section myself. You can find my member page here. Of course, I'd still like to see you here too. ^^

I play acoustic and electric guitar. But I can learn any Motley Crue songs on bass in just about 5 to 15 minutes each song, seriously, coz I love that band! xD
