Jurassic Park

Postby captainduh » Wed Apr 01, 2009 2:19 am

If you liked Jurassic Park then check this oil painting I did on it. I do a movie-themed painting every year and this was my work from last year.

This was my favorite scene from that movie. :D

This year will be Pirates of the Caribbean. These are for my brother who requests the movie paintings. I also did Star Wars in 2006 which I will post soon.

I think 'Pirates' will be a great choice for your next one! Another great blockbuster. Give us a hint . . . what's your fav scene in 'Pirates?"

Keep up the good work!

Well it depends on what my Brother wants. I paint these for him. He is a movie nut and he tells me what he wants and his ideas. He is talking about a naval battle for the pirates painting. Having the Black Pearl face off against the Dauntless. I was thinking of having Jack Sparrow rowing for his life in a little dingy in the foreground - you know, a little comedy to Juxtapose the drama. :D

Great movie. I saw the movie 'Jurassic Park' when I was about ten years old and I very impressed it. The all actors has give brilliant acting from this movie. From the craving computer engineer to the geneticist, all are graphic and fun.

Great piece!
I love that scene too :D
Doing a movie-themed painting once a year is a wonderful idea as well.
