About
Autobiography: Thank you for looking at my artwork.
Now that I’m retired, it’s time to push myself into working on new art projects. In elementary school I took private lessons. In high school I finished two classes in commercial art. While attending a community college, I was awarded an art scholarship and recieved an A.A. degree. Subjects studied: drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics, and sculpture. I was awarded best of oil painting and merit in drawing at a juried art exhibit.
At UCF, I studied drawing, painting and design and recieved a B.A. degree. I also worked part time in the instructional media department and was awarded an illustrator II certificate.
As a Disney show finisher, I worked on animatronic props such as elephants, zebras, pirates, and many other figures such as carousel horses. I also worked in the character head department as a painter.
Freelance: paintings, drawings, murals, portraits, printmaking.
