Chickadee

The Chickadee is one of my favorite birds. They are most common in the northern California area. Seeing a Chickadee on a snow covered branch is simply elegant.

STORY BEHIND THE PICTURE
When I was little my parents took us kids on a cross country trip. The end destination was my grandparent’s house. Though young, I vividly remember being hypnotized by their bird feed that attracted Chickadees. Ever since then it's been my favorite bird.
