I am a little bit obsessed with defects of the eye and congenital disorders and just everything medical. The top one is coloboma of the iris which is a small hole in the eye caused by the fetal ocular cleft not closing properly. The bottom is a subconjunctival hemorrhage, it could be caused by trauma to the eye or strain such as whooping cough.

The one on the bottom, the conjunctival hemmorhage or whoever, actually happened to me. It was totally painless, and gradually went away on it's own.
