Thanks Gary, if only I had the time, I will get it done, it might be a while though but I will definately post on here when I can do it.

Maybe I will do a WIP if you have all got a few years lol

Thanks. I probably will develop it more (when I have time). The cropping kinda happened when I resized the pic maybe I will try again. Its actually my daughter and her niece sleeping. I would like to eventually do a painting of it. I must start making more time I really do miss it.

I start with charcoal, when ready to paint, I remove most of the charcoal with tissue which leaves a fine outline of the sketch. Try not to put too much in the sketch just outline where objects should be and press quite lightly. Try not to leave too much charcoal as it can mix with the paint and you...

Acrylics

Hiya

I use acrylics quite a lot. They are very easy to use and are great when you need to change things (which is quite often with me). The paint dries quickly and can be painted over quite successfully. You will have a great time. Have fun.

I did this pic a while ago at college, do you think they could be related :) .

Your painting is looking pretty good I would make your shadows darker though (just my opinion).
