Tough question! Well a few would be Van Gogh, Leonardo Da Vinci, Monet, and George Seurat would be my top favorite

John Singer Sargent, at the moment and has been for a few years now but that does not mean it wont change.

Monet!!! Water Lilies is genius - the light - the dark the water freaking lilies!!!

I also dig Houses of Parliament (any version) and everything else the man ever did.
