:: Very new to photography - Please check ::

Postby mmKhan » Thu Jun 11, 2015 9:37 pm

Hi there,

I am very to photography with an entry level camera i.e.,Nikon D3300.
Please take a look at my photos and let me know how they look.
If you like them please say so or if you don't like them, please say so.
And it will be better if you let me know which one you like the most.
I am planning to sell my photos online, any advice?
Or any good website where I can sell these photos?

Thanks in advance.

Hello there, Clouds is your strongest image and the most sale-able. It is a splendid shot. The pigeon shot is sweet ... how ever. When you want to sell your art you have to imagine to whom, what market demographic fits your style. What audience would be drawn to the pigeon enough to buy it. My photos have a definite appeal to "my" generation. When shooting babies especially: babies heads are proportionally BIG a tightly cropped baby head shot is not the best result. The fuscha flowers is a lovely statement of color, however it lacks a focal point. Goats, are like snapshots ... again what would your buying audience be for this shot? The children hugging is a sweet personal image ... not really sale-able

Please let me know if my response was helpful and that you did not take it negatively, it is how we learn, If I had just said "beautiful and lovely" how would you learn to improve?

Consider this, when someone takes the time to respond to your request; good manners would be to acknowledge the genuine response. Plus I do need to know that you did not take offense to my critique .
