I haven't heard anything either and am beginning to worry
a bit as well. I feel if he is able, he would have stopped by
if only for a moment. :?

Same here, I was thinking either he is very busy, or more than likely something to do with his eye. Hope he's ok.

I'm here. Have a tough time seeing right now. I scratched my cornea with fiberglass I was sanding. My eye was swollen like a golf ball. I have to wear sunglasses right now, just to look at my monitor. Major pain. The inflammation is goig down, but things are still blurry. It's causing havoc with my job, as I'm a day and a half behind schedule. Major pain.

That'll teach you to wear safety glasses. Right Andy?
Seriously though, Hope the eye will be alright. My son got his cornea sliced with a piece of paper,(paper cut). I know that gave him a real pain for a while. I'm suprised you don't have to wear an eye patch,(Arrrrrgh)!

I'd wear a patch, but I don't want to deprive myself of the sadistic thrill of grossing everyone out. lol

One of the curators only has one leg. I told him we have the makings of a really crappy pirate movie here. All we need is a dead bird.

I can't really wear safety glasses, because they get dusted up too fast, and I spend more time cleaning them than working. This has happened a thousand times, it just happened the wrong way this time.

Supposedly there are no pain sensors on the eyeball but I've had a corneal abrasion and they manage somehow to hurt like hell nevertheless. Please accept my sincere condolences!

A home remedy that worked for me was a drop of honey in the eye. Burns a lot but after that it feels better.

Way my luck's been running this week, I'd probably get attacked by bees.
