Hey Pam welcome to the site :D Hope to see lots of your work here.

I checked out your site. I love Castles on the Hill - that's a fantastic painting.

How are you marketing your stuff now (I guess partly on online artist forums at least  )

Hi And thanks for your welcome.

I don't really do much to market my work. I have put it on lots of online galleries and also have my own site but haven't done much to get people to go to the site.
I am looking for ideas.

I have sold loads of work on ebay a while ago but lately people are putting work on there for 99p which means that the customers expect to get your work for similar prices.

I am going to put more on ebay to see how it goes again

Any tips of getting people to my site would be appreciated
THanks

Greetings Pam,

Checked out your works, Very beautiful. E bay Sucks for REAL Artists.

But if you get your work on shopping bags or gift bags...it would sell to store buyers.

Some times web rings are good, but it adds a lot of cluter to your front page.

Best thing is Google search, so far.

There is a chap in your neck of the woods whom does a top 100 list you could get on.
http://www.4uall2c.com check it out if you have a banner.

Hope to see more work from you.

Cheers

Pam -

I added a statistics page to the gallery here which could be used for marketing. Of course it only works if you've uploaded images to the gallery (public or personal).

scenery has never been one of my abilities.. if i try to paint a beautiful scene that's in my mind it winds up looking like some horid abstract nightmare world.. anyways.. I'm also trying to find means to market my art.. no luck yet.. I'm also new to trying to sell my art, but I hope will both get it figured out... anyways, keep up the beautiful work..
