another silly love poem

"When you are old and gray and full of sleep, and nodding by the fire, take down this book and slowly read, and dream of the soft look your eyes had once, and of their shadows deep."

another silly love poem

Postby Heobuster » Mon May 07, 2012 9:45 pm

I wonder if I'll ever fall in love
And if a thing exist
Is it like the movies or a fairy tail
And does it effect everyone that live

Do people wish and hope so much
Just not to be alone
That some piece of emptiness
Is covered instead of being shown

People end their lives for the pain they felt
When love was broken in their hearts
I believe it's better to have been hurt
Then it is to never even start

Sometimes it's hard to look the other way
When you want something so bad
And sometime I hope to be like the rest
And reminisce of all the love I had

I always say no matter what
If love came my along
I would grasp it and never let go
But then I know I'm totally wrong

I would run faster then my legs could go
Faster then any cab or bus or train
I would never turn back again
I'd be on the furthest plane.

So how is it you can want something
For all of your many years
But know if the opportunity arose
Your run as fast as you can filled with childish fears
