Hello again everyone,

I am just looking for suggestions on what size of frame to upsize an 11x14 work of art.

A difficult question to answer because of all the matting options available.

Hope I've helped. :D

T, what are you trying to achieve? If it's just making a small piece look bigger on the wall a build up of matting color tinted or not can add 1 to 6 inches and the frame it self can add I find on my stuff another 3 1/2-4 inches. My 18x24" pieces on the wall therefor become 28x36" in some cases. I use white in small pieces so that colors in the actual image become stronger. The question yo ask is so personalized that anything from zero frame to making the frame an element of the art and huge is possible but your eye should determine what best on your art. Grandaddyearl
