I am an artist, musician, writer and editor working in London. I primarily work with moving image, text, poetry, video, drawing, collage and photography, my practice centring on questions relating to time, the self, socio-economics, surrealism, mythology, symbology, philosophy, politics, anthropology, technology and semiology.Â
After moving to London having lived in the heartland of America for a couple of years working as a lecturer and ranch-hand, I am currently working as a co-writer on a project about India in the 1960s, which has become another reference point for my practice. Having never studied art in a classical setting, visual work has always been a personal release, done purely for enjoyment. This view has changed somewhat over the course of the past year and I now aim to use it as a lens through which to view, crystallise and tackle some personal theories, while maintaining the elements of spontaneity and fun that have always been of utmost importance.
