I am john, artist and compositor. .I’ve been a photographer for 10 years.Although formally trained and qualified in the visual arts. I've seen many different roles over the years. All of this diversion was a wonderful learning experience, perhaps a necessity, in leading me back to where I find myself today. I've come full circle, returning to what I love best.I believe artists should continually challenge themselves and experiment in order to progress creatively and to keep ideas fresh and vital.


I accept commission work on a first come first serve basis and charge according to complexity and size. Create an exciting and unique portrait of your favorite friend...your spouse, your children, your self...your favorite celebrity, maybe your pet!

Only a few custom portraits can be created during a year!

This is an extremely loving, time-consuming and labor-intensive process.All paintings are created from photographic reference,the main image should be supplied in Large Size (500 x 500) pixels minimum) . The overall goal is of course to capture each person - their expression, likeness and most important, personality.
